If you are looking for a post on the evils of Trick or Treating, then you have come to the wrong blog. I think everyone has individual circumstances, and in our community Trick or Treating is an event. To deny our children and our family the opportunity to participate in this community extravaganza would be to go against the lessons we teach them about the importance of community, stewardship, and friendship.
So we had Trick or Treating last Saturday and I know I posted one blurry picture from my phone, but I thought I would add a few more for you to enjoy.
Henry is Saint Alexander, James is St. Michael the Archangel, Isaac is Saint Polycarb, Malcolm is an adorable clown, and Margaret is Saint Margaret of Scotland.

Some more of our crew
So after the Trick or Treating we had our usual gathering. Let me start by apologizing if you are reading this and it was your first time at out house. That was a CRAZY amount of people. A completely fun and successful event, but wow! Just a quick count in my head and I have come up with 87 people. I know I probably missed some folks.
It'll be hard to beat next year!!!!
