It was a big weekend for Henry around here! On Saturday it was his Feast Day. He celebrated by going to Liturgy with Michael, then a special brunch, presents, and a special dinner and dessert. The dinner was all his choices: risotto, corn on the cob, twice baked potatoes, and bread. Chocolate cream pie for dessert. Yum!
On Sunday Henry lost a tooth! It was one of the front top ones and so it is kind of a big deal. It changes his smile and his voice a little. He has a little lisp and so without a tooth there for his tongue to touch his voice has a slightly different sound.
Malcolm has the tendency to need a bunch of "stuff" when he is cruising around the house. It's funny and cute, but a little challenging when you have to carry him with two blankets, brown bear, turtle, and his baby doll. Yes, all my boys have had baby dolls and I am okay with that. Real men love babies at every age.
And for my family back home: yes indeed that is the stuffed turtle from the 14th street house. Malcolm has decided it now belongs to him and lovingly calls it "Tut-Tut."
