7 Quick Takes

Thanks to Jen over at Conversion Diary for hosting!

~~ONE~~

Adoption Update: Not a lot to report this week. Michael and I had to get college and grad school transcripts to send in. I thought that was odd. Since when do you need to go to college to be able to adopt?

~~TWO~~

Having my Southern Mother-in-Law here for a few weeks is so great. Especially when she admires Malcolm and says, "You look just like a ripe peach!"

~~THREE~~

Speaking of cute and funny expressions, Margaret says "tumbler" for her tummy. "Mama, my tumbler is hurting." So, so cute!

~~FOUR~~

I adore pinterest, but also completely agree with this post about pinterest found here.

~~FIVE~~

Can you tell I'm tired? These Quick Takes are turing out to be really quick!

~~SIX~~

I am not sure anyone reads these things anyways. At least no one bothers to comment...

~~SEVEN~~

So... are you thinking of commenting?

Ditto on the header--adorable!

That *is* weird about the transcripts. But then, the whole adoption process seems weird sometimes. I can say that b/c I went through the whole thing, except the actual "get-the-call" thing. :/

I have heard that pinterest is awesome. However. I already spend too much time looking at the computer, so I am avoiding it.

I can't believe you aren't on pinterest. It's so grand!

I must third the sentiment about the awesomeness of your header picture. I must also say that I love southerners and their knack for describing things in such colorful ways!
