How was swimming lessons today?

Isaac: It was good but the water was cold today.

James: Good. First I got into the water and it was so cold that I just dunked my head and swam from the ladder to the wall. Then we did back float, front float, torpedo, and reach and pull. Then we got out and walked very slowly to the four foot deep water and the instructor got into the water and we each got in one by one and swam using reach and pull to the instructor. Then we got in line for the diving board and the line was probably as long as this house. And we went off the board and the instructor caught us. Then we got to go again. We each got to go twice but Isaac got to go three times. Then the instructor said we could have free time and Isaac and I each had a little and then decided to get out.

It sounds like a conversation with some of my kids.
Me, "How was your day?"
Tristan, "Good."
Tiana, "Well, we did this and this and this and this . . ." ad infinitum.
Don't you love kids?!
