It has been a crazy week! We started the week off by going to a neighbors house for a dinner party. This has become a yearly tradition and it is so great to get together to celebrate the season and let the kids play. Them a few nights later Michael had one of his classes from Saint Vincent over for dinner. On Tuesday we had our co-op Christmas party, and on Wednesday we went over to a friends house for dinner and cookie decorating. We weren't careful about what Henry was eating and he spent Wednesday night with a tummy ache and throwing up. So Thursday we had a quiet day complete with a viewing of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The original 1970's version. Friday we had tickets to The Nutcracker! We were able to get the school matinee price of $10.50 for $60 tickets. We all went and were even able to sit with our neighbors who were also there. On Saturday Isaac had the first of THREE parties to celebrate his upcoming birthday. The other two celebrations will happen while we are in Oregon. Since I have no pictures to record our weekly events (except for the birthday party) I will leave you with a picture of Henry reading his first book.
